Slow Yoga & Nutrition for Healthy Living - lunch + workshop

The complementary sciences of slow yoga and Ayurvedic medicine aim to make people feel better with such conditions as anxiety, fatigue, depression, chronic pain and various illnesses. With these two holistic lifestyle-based practices, we will explore slow, therapeutic yoga and then learn about Ayurvedic eating and cooking principles while we enjoy an easy-to-replicate meal.

Learn the Ayurvedic approach to aging with vitality! Each week for four weeks, you will learn Ayurvedic principles of holistic living and then go apply just a few to your everyday life so you can clearly create a connection between cause and effects.
