CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    Sundays, 7-8p @Zoom

    This quiet, deeply grounding practice guides you into a state of calm and relaxation. Sessions are done entirely on the floor and include 3-4 restful postures, held for 10-15 minutes, allowing the body to fully settle, release tension, and reduce anxiety. Using practices like guided breathwork, visualizations, self-massage, Reiki, and meditation including Nidra, this class offers resilience-building techniques that encourage natural endorphin and oxytocin production, supporting both body and mind in finding ease.

    Find clarity, resilience, and balance in an overwhelming world. This practice blends highly accessible, slow mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support emotional regulation, focus, and compassionate engagement. Center yourself, process stress, and cultivate the energy and the presence needed to stay engaged without burnout. A space for reflection, restoration, connection and conscious action.

    Bend Parks and Rec Description: Restorative flow yoga classes begin with a gentle flow and then moves into a passive restorative practice.

    Bend Parks and Rec Description: An introduction to yoga using modifications on, or standing behind, chair to increase better balance and strength. Personalized assistance is available as needed. Breath and alignment are emphasized.
