🌙 centered YOGA to release + restore 🐻
Sundays, 7-8p @Zoom
This deeply relaxing practice soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and eases anxiety. Fully floor-based, it begins with 10 minutes of slow, mindful movement followed by 5 minutes of gentle breathwork. You’ll then settle into 3–4 restorative postures, held for 10–15 minutes each, integrating Reiki, guided visualization, self-massage, and meditation, including Yoga Nidra. Supporting langhana (lightening and reducing qualities), this practice helps you unwind and experience your evening with a sense of calm and ease.

☀️ centered YOGA to energize + stabilize 🌱
Thursdays, 10:30-11:30a @Zoom
This slow, mindful, highly accessible practice awakens energy, builds strength and balance, and enhances focus. It utilizes gentle repetition, steady holds, and conscious pauses to deepen awareness. You'll regulate your nervous system while cultivating resilience, calm and clarity. Always adaptable, you can choose between pose variations and modify your level of challenge, but sessions are never fast or overstimulating. This practice supports brahmana (nourishing and building qualities), helping you transition into your day feeling centered and refreshed.
