CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

☀️ centered YOGA daytime practice
to get focused & energized
🌱

These nourishing, slow, mindful practices awaken your energy, get you moving, focused, and ready for what’s next. Classes emphasize poses and techniques that cultivate expansion, strength-building and balance. Movement in the asana is gentle, tonifying, and breath-centric and uses repetition, segmenting (krama), staying in the pose, and pausing after poses to notice sensations. Individuals can choose to dial-up or dial-down their level of challenge, but sessions are never fast or overstimulating.

🌙 centered YOGA evening practice
to calm & ground 🐻

This quiet, deeply grounding Centered Yoga practice guides you into a state of calm and relaxation. Sessions are done entirely on the floor and include 4-5 restful postures, held for 10-15 minutes, allowing the body to fully settle, release tension, and reduce anxiety. Using practices like Reiki, guided breathwork, body scans, visualizations, journeying, self-massage and meditation including Nidra, this class offers resilience-building techniques that encourage natural endorphin and oxytocin production, supporting both body and mind in finding ease.

“Quite literally the best class I've ever taken. After class I felt relaxed and exhilarated. ‘This too shall pass’ really resonated, and I feel ready to take on some stuff that I've been pushing away. I genuinely can’t thank Brandy enough for helping me release some underlying anxiety and providing some much-needed healing and courage.”
