One-on-one instruction offers a unique opportunity for you to experience, feel and learn something new about yourself. By collaborating closely, we can adapt and appropriately apply methods of practice to your unique constitution, condition, needs and interests so you have the autonomy and tools to understand and actualize your own self-discovery and transformation.

Whether you're addressing chronic health issues or injuries, seeking to establish a solid foundation as a beginner or wanting to deepen your established yoga practice, private sessions provide a supportive space for you to explore the different facets of yoga according to your interest including; asana (movement), meditation (attention training), pranayama (breathing practices), and ethical and spiritual practices.

Also, privates are a healthy way for tweens and teens to explore and cultivate increased inner awareness and control of their developing minds, body and sense of self - with the guidance of a trusted professional teacher.

My goal is to support you in creating and maintaining a consistent, enjoyable, interesting home practice that tends to your needs with curiosity and connection.
